Olympic Weightlifting Workshop

These two 2.5-hour workshops are ideal for those who:
- want to improve their technique/knowledge of the Olympic Lifts
- do CrossFit and want to improve their weightlifting performance
- want to learn from an Olympian

THE WORKSHOPS CAN BE TAKEN SEPARATELY OR ON THE SAME DAY (as a morning and/or afternoon sessions)

Snatch is highly 'technical' movement and its execution requires great precision, speed and power. There is a variety of assistance exercises that can help athletes in building and refining Classic Snatch technique. 
The 1st (morning) workshop will cover the Snatch and assistant exercises such as: Snatch Pull, Snatchh Balance, and many more. 

The 2nd (afternoon) workshop focusses on the composite Clean & Jerk lift. Its successful execution requires not only strength, but also precision, speed and power. There is a huge variety of assistance exercises that can help athletes in building and refining their Clean and/or Jerk technique. 

Participants will learn through:
-      Demonstration of a variety of exercises
-      Explanation of different Snatch/Clean&Jerk related drills
-      Practicing of different exercises
-      Getting coach's tips on how to incorporate these assistance exercises into their program and warm-up
